Staude MULTI-FLY - FAQ

After a successful Prescan no images have been detected:

Cause:
- Parameter isn´t adjusted correctly.
- Lamp holder isn´t engaged after changing the objectiv.

Not enough images have been detected:

Cause:
"Brightness" to low.

Relief:
Increasing of "brightness".

Images have been detected to large

Cause:
"Brightness" to high.

Relief:
Decreasing of "Brightness".

Not enough rows have been detected:

Cause:
Change "Darkness". I. e.. the less images in a row, the higher the "Darkness" value must be adjusted. At a few images it´s located at 300 per row. At complete rows it shoud be approx. 200 or less.

Complete or half rows are missing:

Cause:
"Darkness" value is adjusted incorrectly.

Announcement: "Scanner wasn´t found":

Cause:
- Hardware wasn´t adjusted correctly in the Job settings.
- SCSI-Scanner wasn´t detected while booting the PC.
- SCSI-cable isn´t plugged in.
- Scanner wasn´t activated while booting the PC.
